Craig Wacker is a strategic partner at EDGE Consulting Partners and serves as a senior fellow at FutureEd, a solution-oriented think tank at Georgetown University. Previously he was strategy lead for the Raikes Foundation’s student agency program, a portfolio focused on leveraging mindsets and other nonacademic factors in support of learning. He has also served as a senior program officer with the MacArthur Foundation, where he designed and launched a new $75 million strategy to reverse mass incarceration and managed portfolios in digital media and learning and federal education policy. Craig has held positions with the Texas Legislative Budget Board, the federal Office of Management and Budget and the Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee.
Craig is an experienced policy analyst, writer, facilitator, and strategy consultant. He holds a BA from Grinnell College and a MPP from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
